Limitation of use:This product is single use clothing. The user can wear this clothing in association with other equipment (shoes, gloves, glasses, masks…). Do not use the coveralls when there is a defect. When the closing system is faulty, the seams open or any other defects which appear.

Instruction for use

Warning: the choice and use of personal protective equipment must comply with Regulation 2016/425. The employer must have previously analysed and evaluated the risks resulting from the intervention and to those generated by the use of the personal protective equipment selected.

Protective clothing serves as:

Protective clothing is intended as reusable protective clothing for protection of users against dirt and dust. It is a protection for limited using against liquid chemicals (type 3 and type 4), against penetration of liquid chemicals.

Person can use it against bacterial penetration of infectious agents (type B), Protective clothing is intended for protection of users for limited using (protective clothing against liquid chemicals, type 6) and to protection against potential exposure light spray, liquid aerosol or low pressure, low volume spray by dilute chemicals.

Preamble/Application:

This equipment offers adequate protection for the category of the risks encountered during the intervention. The wearer possesses adequate additional equipment: gloves, respiratory masks, shoes or boots that are compatible with the desired performances. The entire intervention is supervised and all necessary means of rescue are available in case of an incident in the course of action.

The coverall, when equipped with gloves, boots, mask and adhesive, should provide the wearer with adequate protection against splashes from certain liquid chemicals (type 3, 4, and/or 6). Check the list of tested chemicals before use. And it is also against infectious agents (excluding surgical teams) present in liquids, aerosols and dust particles. Make sure that risk analysis is required before use.

The coverall is harmless. The fabrics do not contain any substance at levels that are known or suspected to have harmful effects on the user´s hygiene or health under normal use. For comfort, this coverall should not be worn next to the skin but always on top of clothing.

Dealing with chemical risk may be very complex and involve chemicals other than those stipulated and tested in the following list within this document. Apart from the specific chemicals, other aspects, such as the concentration and temperature of chemical, mixtures of chemical products, in flammability, toxicity etc., must be considered. The appropriate choice of coverall for chemical protection, the accessories and other necessary equipment for intervention where there is a chemical risk must be decided by qualified safety professionals. The chemicals must be identified before entering the danger area wearing the coverall for chemical protection. Exposure to chemicals must be kept to a minimum during the intervention. Direct contact with chemicals must be avoided as far as possible. 

Fit and adjustment:

Putting on a coverall and adjusting must be done outside of the contaminated area. Fully close the zipper and stick down the adhesive flap. Use a mask and boots and gloves if necessary, to protect against the hazards to be encountered. The coverall must be worn over the boots, mask and gloves. Ensure good airtightness between each component.

If you want to remove coverall exit the zone. Tear the flap and take off the coverall slowly by rolling it up with inside showing, thus imprisoning any contamination. Avoid contact with the user. Be careful of the face, hands and feet. 

Coverall must be stored at a temperature between +5˚C and +40˚C, in their original packaging and carton. Optimal product use is ensured within three years of its manufacturing. 

Disposable item. Discard after use. Do not reuse.

Warning:

The manner of choosing accessories such as boots, gloves and mask must be coherent with the desired overall protection. The user must be careful to check the efficacy provided by these accessories, notable regarding chemicals (type and concentration).
